February 2019 Meeting Cancellation - Join us in March
The Pixel Photo Club will NOT meet in February 2019.
We will resume our normal scheduled meetings on the 2nd Thursday of the month starting in March from 7:00-8:00 pm in the Twinsburg Public Library meeting room #1.
The March 14th meeting we will have a presentation by Benjamin Margalit, you might have had the opportunity to see his work displayed in the TPL gallery recently. I will have the flyer out shortly for this presentation.
The April 11th meeting topic & challenge is "Unique Self Portrait". We all have a shared interest in photographing interesting subjects. This challenge of this month's topic is to capture "You". Please bring an example(s) or post to the FB site a photo(s) and be ready to share a story.

Reminderville Village is resuming its 2019 Art show. This show is open to all, not just residents of the village. If your interested follow this link to the Village's website for details on dates of entry and entry forms: https://reminderville.com/news/art-show/

Topic: Photo Contest
Subject: Twinsburg: Through your eye & lens capture the essence of "Twinsburg". The subject/s can be landscape, people, architecture, there is no limit to or specific focus other than a connection to Twinsburg and your photographic talent to capture it.
Criteria: A maximum of 3 submissions per person please. These can be submitted via "www.wetransfer.com" to the email "ThePixelPhotoClub@Gmail.com" . Photo size must be at least 300 DPI as the photos will need to be printed to the format of a 8x10.
Submission date: Now through Sunday Aug 14th.
Award & Recognition: A total of 4 photos that are selected will be framed & displayed at the newly opened Twin Masks Performing Arts Center for display. Twin Masks Performing Arts Center - TMPAC (Facebook site)
Judging: For those who cannot be in person to cast their vote on the August meeting we will work on creating a Facebook post in the Pixel Club Facebook site and you can PM your vote to me (Nick Gichenko) for voting on Aug 15th.
